Trauma-informed Wellbeing
We will cover the many complex issues of trauma, including both physical and psychological, specific to Veterans and their families. We will look at the various therapies including medications, psychological therapies, group and individual treatments, alternative therapies, electrical and magnetic stimulation, the use of psychedelics and new emerging therapies for trauma. Veterans will gain an understanding of the many effects of trauma on mood, anxiety, relationships, sleep and wellbeing.

We will look at the issues couples and families face when dealing with trauma ,and how it affects day-to-day life. We will also employ evidence-based therapeutic approaches and learn how to recognise and take control of the trauma so that you are your own master of your own happiness and life.
Diet, exercise and lifestyle therapies proven to assist in longevity and wellbeing will be discussed.
